A great question Lydia. I think an ideal candidate for the programme is above all someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, confident, organised and entrepreneurial. These traits and skills are essential and what the graduate programme look for. Whilst prior knowledge of the industry would be great, it's not an essential. The training you undertake at the beginning of the programme is very in-depth and helps you build the industry specific knowledge you need for the role.

“ I'm applying from abroad(Rwanda) if successful how will I attend the assessment centers in UK? ”

How do you assess candidates from abroad?

Hi Natasha, it's really beneficial to attend the assessment centre if you can. Seeing you in person is so much more insightful! But we understand how expensive it can be to travel to the UK, so if you were successful we could potentially look at conducting interviews via Skype; or at one of our local affiliates in Africa.

Thank You Lauren. And how important is travel in candidates' profile? Been to a few countries and lived in England(Leicester) and achieved first degree in business for my undergraduate.

Hi Natasha, personality is most important. If you have spent some time abroad, it just gives us a sense of how able you are to cope with living abroad.
