Hello,

I have applied for the 'Wine ambassador' graduate position for Europe and I wanted to get some insights from people who are undertaking it at the moment :) Could you sum up in a few lines your experience? Do you enjoy it? Would you do it again?

Moreover, could you express an opinion of what type of person could be selected for this role, i.e. the qualities that are most wanted?

A bit of info about me: I am 23 years old, from Bulgaria. I have lived on my own and studied in the UK for 7 years (4 years to finish my secondary degree and 3 years bachelor in Economics, from which I have graduated with a First Class Honours) and after I decided that I need to learn another language and I chose Spanish, hence I moved to Barcelona, in order to obtain a master here. I loved the city, people, culture and well... everything here, so I decided to stay one more year and look for something that will really make me happy.

I have been fortunate enough to have an experience in the wine field as I was part of the marketing team in a family-owned, new and modern vineyard and I became very passionate about it. More specifically, I was part of the marketing research team, focusing on market targeting and segmentation, promotions and brand recognition startegies. The different brands of the company participated in auctions nationally and internationally and won a variety of medals and prices, even though they were competing with already established rivals with solid reputation.

Thank you!
