As Graduate Program Manager I develop the strategic direction of the Pernod Ricard Winemakers Graduate Wine Ambassador Program to support our emerging and mature markets. I also activate this plan through recruitment, training and by providing guidance to our young talent with the objective of creating passionate advocates for our business and brands globally.
I am inspired to work for an international business that offers us all opportunities to reach our greatest heights, and the Graduate Wine Ambassador program is just the beginning for the young talent joining the group.
I have worked with Pernod Ricard for over 14 years - starting in events at the Wyndham Estate winery in the Hunter Valley, Australia; moving into the role of Trade Marketing Manager for Western Australia; off to London to work at the home of one of the world’s biggest gin brands, Beefeater gin; I then joined a world class Communications team and before rejoining Pernod Ricard Winemakers, I was formulating global PR and Communications strategies and activations for Chivas Regal.
The diversity of the roles available within Pernod Ricard has inspired me to seek new opportunities, and I currently enjoy supporting those that are at the beginning of this journey.
